How online coaching works

After an in-depth discovery call and consultation, I create a plan designed for where you are currently but targeted toward where you want to be and the goals you want to achieve. For my full 1:1 coaching, this includes both macronutrient and training coaching but for my nutrition coaching, this includes only macronutrient training.

If you want to see the best results, it comes from a plan designed for you. Not a cookie-cutter program. My 1:1 coaching is that plan personalized to your journey and goals.

Personalized

The best success comes from the things we do consistently. But if you are solely lying on motivation and don’t have the right plan in place it can look like a lot of effort without a lot of progress.

Through coaching, we work together 1:1 allowing you access to me for any questions, concerns, injuries, or changes that come up along the way. Each week, you will complete a weekly check-in, allowing you to hold yourself accountable and review your progress for the week. With feedback each week from the check-ins, I am there to hold you accountable to the work and the goals you have set for yourself.

Accountability

Coaching is designed to reframe your mindset and actions around fitness and nutrition. My goal through the program is to give you a framework to follow that will get you results, but at the end of the day, I want to create a mindset that you can take with you when you leave. The goal is to build a lifestyle so that you can sustain the results forever.

FAQs

Is there currently a waitlist?

Most of the year, I work off of a waitlist. The application will tell you if it is open enrollment and I am currently taking clients or if the application is closed and if you are applying to be a part of the waitlist.

Is online better than in person?

Online is a great option because it allows you to workout from anywhere, on your own time, and gives you access to a personal trainer every day. Whereas in person is often 1-2x per week and done in sessions of 45-60 minutes. While in-person can give great hands-on experience online can offer way more in terms of hands-on time and is significantly more affordable.

How much does coaching cost?

I have several different packages, and depending on promotions, availability, months signed up for, etc it ranges. I charge on a monthly basis with a 3-month minimum commitment. Those packages range from $150-$450/month depending.

What are check-ins?

Check-ins are done weekly and monthly and allow you to review your progress for the week and check in with your coach on areas you are doing well and areas you are struggling, This is a crucial part of training as it allows for accountability, adjustments in the program, form checks, and more 1:1 time.

What is the interactive meal plan?

With the interactive meal plan, you are provided with a 7-day meal plan each week that updates with current macros. The meal plan is designed around your macros and food sensitivities, allowing you to know exactly what meals to eat to hit your macros. The interactive part allows you to change serving sizes in recipes along with swapping out meals if one doesn’t sound good with options that fit your macros.

How far in advance should I apply for the waitlist?

Unfortunately, it all depends on availability. Current clients get available spots first and generally will renew for 3-12 months. Because of that, it can be hard for spots to open up. For that reason, I recommend applying for coaching and getting on the waitlist ASAP, because you can always turn down a spot if I reach out with an opening.
